From your order to inventory you can sell
Everything we sell is used media bought in volume and sold on in volume. This page explains how to choose between a box and a pallet, what happens after you order, and what to do when it arrives.

Choosing between a box, a pallet and a truckload
Start here
Boxes hold 100 units
A box arrives as a parcel with shipping included, so there is no freight to arrange and nothing to unload. It is the straightforward way to see our material before committing to volume.
Scale up
Pallets hold hundreds to thousands
A pallet costs less per item and arrives by freight. You need somewhere to put it and a way to get it off the truck, either a dock or liftgate service.
Regular volume
Truckloads for established operations
If you are moving pallets every month, a truckload is the next step. These are arranged directly with us rather than bought off the shelf.

What happens after you place an order
The same five steps apply whether you are buying one box or several pallets. Only the shipping method changes.

You order online
Every product on the site can be bought directly. Boxes include shipping in the price. Pallets are quoted for freight against your delivery address at checkout, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.

We dispatch and it ships
Dispatch times are listed on each product page. Boxes go by ground and take about five business days. Pallets go by LTL freight, and the carrier telephones you to book a delivery window before arriving.

You check it in
Inspect the shipment before you sign for it and note any damage on the delivery receipt. This matters most on freight, where a clean signature makes a claim much harder to pursue.

You sell it
How long that takes depends on your channel. Sellers listing through Amazon FBA generally wait about a month before they know what a load was really worth.
Before you order
Do I need a loading dock?
Only for pallets, and only if you order without liftgate service. Choose liftgate at checkout unless you have a dock and a forklift or pallet jack. Boxes arrive as ordinary parcels and need nothing special.
Can I collect an order myself?
Will-call pickup is available near Burlington, New Jersey and near Menifee, California by prior arrangement. Contact us before ordering so we can enable it on your account.
Can I buy more than one pallet at a time?
Yes, and most pallet buyers do. Freight rises far more slowly than the number of pallets does, so several at once costs considerably less per pallet to deliver. Keep liftgate orders to six pallets or fewer.
How do I know what condition to expect?
Each product page describes what is in it and whether it has been through any process. The condition page sets out what used media looks like at volume across everything we sell.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us within 10 business days of delivery. Keep the material and send photographs or video, along with a scan report where the issue relates to a shortage or to resale value. We will make it right.
