What condition to expect

Boxes and sorted pallets

Everything we sort

Value boxes, Select boxes and sorted CD and DVD pallets. We open every case to confirm a disc is inside and that any defects are minor. Condition is comparable across all of them.

Unsorted pallets only

Unsorted media pallets

Nothing is screened. Expect loose discs, empty cases and the occasional non-disc item mixed in. It carries the highest ceiling of anything we sell.

All sales are final, but if your order arrives with a genuine problem, contact us within 10 business days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right.

How we work

What happens between the dock and the box

Four steps from the loading dock to the box on your doorstep. Knowing the process is the fastest way to know what you are buying.

    Intake

    Loads arrive by pallet and by truckload, are weighed, and are logged by source.

  2. 02

    Sort

    Split by media type. CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, games and books each go their own way.

  3. 03

    Check

    Every case is opened to confirm a disc is inside and that any defects are minor.

  4. 04

    Pull and pack

    Stronger titles are pulled for the Select boxes. The rest goes into value boxes of 100 and pallets packed by volume.

Ground service, shipping included

Boxes arrive as ordinary parcels, usually within about five business days. The price you see includes the shipping.

Pallets without a dock

Choose the liftgate truck

The driver lowers the pallet to the ground for you. It costs more, and at most addresses it is the option that actually works. Moving the pallet from the kerb into your building is down to you.

Pallets with a dock

Choose the standard truck

Cheaper, and the pallet comes off at your dock. Residential addresses cost more, and the carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment.

FAQ

How many discs come on a pallet?

Each DVD pallet includes around 1,200 to 1,400 DVDs, and CD pallets include over 1,800 CDs. Counts vary by product, and the figure for each one is on its own product page.

Are the discs original and in good condition?

Yes, all discs are original, not copies. Condition ranges from acceptable to new, with some light to heavy scratching expected. Sorted CD and DVD pallets are screened before they ship, so non-media items and heavily damaged discs are removed. Unsorted pallets are sold exactly as received. We do not clean, resurface or repair discs.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days, though larger quantities can take longer to assemble and route. Transit time depends on your location, but most shipments arrive within 3 to 5 business days. We provide tracking info and can schedule delivery appointments when needed.

Do you offer lift gate delivery or full truckloads?

Yes, lift gate delivery is available for most shipments. For full truckloads, a forklift or dock is required. We are happy to help you choose the right option based on your setup.

What if something is wrong with my order?

All sales are final and everything is sold as is, but we stand behind what we ship. Contact us within 10 business days of delivery and keep the material until the matter is resolved, since we will need photographs or video, and a scan report where the issue relates to shortages or resale value.
