Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Our pallets are shipped in the same unsorted condition we receive them. Because inventory may include duplicate titles, missing artwork, light-to-heavy disc wear, or up to 10 percent non-disc items, we cannot accept returns based on item mix or cosmetic condition.
2. When We’ll Make It Right
If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it. Please contact us within ten (10) business days of delivery if you experience:

The wrong pallet or quantity shipped

Shortages that exceed the 10 percent tolerance noted above

Freight damage that renders the pallet unusable
Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. After review we will, at our discretion, replace the affected product, issue store credit, or provide a partial refund.
3. Guaranteed Profit Promise (First Order Only)
Our Guaranteed Profit Promise covers your entire first order:

Guaranteed resale value of at least 1.5x your pallet price (freight excluded).

If a verified scan shows less, we’ll refund the difference — up to 50% of your order value — toward your next purchase.
Quality Floor Protection (First Order Only):

Sorted pallets: max 10% defective discs

Unsorted pallets: max 10% defective discs
If defects exceed these thresholds, we’ll credit the overage (up to 30%) toward your next order.
Claim Requirements:

Time-stamped unboxing video (start to finish).

Buyer-provided scan report of at least 200 randomly selected discs within ten (10) business days of delivery.

Photos and counts of defective units for quality claims.

Submit claims to info@bulkdiscs.com with subject “CLAIMS” within 14 days of delivery.
We respond within 2 business days and issue your refund (up to 50% of order value, freight excluded).
4. Freight Damage Claims
Inspect pallets at delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading and photograph it before the driver leaves. Submit the photos and details to us within 48 hours so we can open a freight claim on your behalf.
5. Total Freight Protection
If you purchased Total Freight Protection with your order and need to open a claim, please contact us first. We will guide you through the claim process and provide the required documentation to ensure your protection coverage applies.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Correctly fulfilled pallets

Items with normal wear, missing artwork, or duplicates within the stated tolerance

Any goods altered after delivery

Orders beyond the 14-day Profit-Floor Guarantee claim window
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships with no fee. Once freight is booked or the pallet has left our warehouse, the sale is final.
