Do you have specific genres available on CDs or DVDs?
Our inventory includes a wide variety of genres across CDs and DVDs. However, due to the nature of bulk purchasing, we cannot guarantee specific genres in each pallet unless otherwise stated.
Can I customize my CD or DVD pallet by genre?
At this time, we do not offer custom sorting or genre-specific pallets. All pallets are pre-packed and sold as-is to maintain our low pricing.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Yes, you can arrange a will-call pickup. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the pickup location and availability.
Do you ship to my state (e.g., California, Georgia, etc.)?
Yes, we ship to most locations within the continental United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and freight option selected at checkout.

What are the details of the will-call option?
Will-call orders must be coordinated in advance. Most pickups are from our main distribution center at 340 E Broad St, Burlington, NJ 08016. Once your order is ready, our team will provide instructions and a pickup time window.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, the minimum order quantity is a pallet, which contains over 1,000 disc pieces. This ensures optimal pricing and shipping efficiency.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary based on the selected freight option and your location. Delivery estimates will be provided during the checkout process.
Do you offer different shipping methods?
Yes, we offer various freight shipping options, including with or without a lift gate. Please select the option with a lift gate if you do not have a dock and pallet jack or forklift to unload. The available methods will be displayed during the checkout process.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Why is the shipping showing as $9,999?
If you see a $9,999 shipping charge, it means there was an error in the shipping rate calculation. Please try reentering your shipping address as a new address. If the issue continues, feel free to contact us and we’ll help get it sorted.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer shipping to international destinations.
