Condition
What used media actually looks like at this volume
We have sold used discs, books and tapes by the box and by the pallet since 2021. This page sets out honestly what condition means across everything we sell, so that you can decide whether it suits how you sell.
About 10%
Across a pallet, allow around 10 percent variance: a missing disc, a broken case, heavy wear or similar.
Every genre
Loads cut across genres, decades and formats, and the mix is different every time. The breadth is what volume buyers resell from.
Sold as is
All sales are final. If something is genuinely wrong with what arrives, we will make it right.
How we handle each kind of product
Boxes and screened pallets
Opened and checked by hand
On value boxes, Select boxes and our sorted disc pallets, we check that a disc is in its case and that defects are minimal. Every load is a mixed selection across a wide spread of titles, so we cannot pull particular ones out for you.
Unsorted pallets
Taken as it came in
Unsorted media pallets, unsorted book pallets and VHS pallets are sold in the state we received them. We inspect the top of a pallet and remove what we can see that does not belong, but what is underneath has not been through any process.
Books and VHS
The same two paths
Sorted book pallets have been through our scanning process. Unsorted book pallets and VHS pallets arrive as we received them, the same way the unsorted media pallets do.

Common questions about condition
Do you grade the condition of what you sell?
No. There is no grading system here and no condition tiers. We describe what is in a box or on a pallet, and we tell you what has and has not been through a process. Everything else is what used media looks like in volume.
Are the discs cleaned or resurfaced first?
No. Discs ship the way they reached us, on every product we sell.
Can I ask for particular titles, artists or genres?
No. We do not catalogue individual titles, so we cannot tell you in advance what is in a particular box or on a particular pallet, and we cannot fill requests.
What counts as something being wrong?
Problems beyond the normal range described on this page. On a pallet that means well above about 10 percent of items affected. In a value box it means more than 10 percent of the cases arriving empty. Contact us within 10 business days of delivery with photographs or video.
Can I return an order I have changed my mind about?
No. All sales are final and everything is sold as is. The claim process above is for orders where something is genuinely wrong with what arrived.

Boxes travel by ground with shipping included. Pallets travel by freight, which works differently and is worth reading about before you order one.
