Buying several boxes?
They ship ground at the same rate per box, so ordering a few at once is straightforward and there is no freight to arrange. Most sellers work this way for a while before moving up to a pallet.

What we check
Every case is opened before it is packed
We open each case to confirm the item is inside and that any damage is minor. That check is the difference between a box you can sell from and a box you have to sort first.
Condition
Some wear is normal
Expect scratches and shelf wear on some of what arrives. It ships in the condition it reached us.
The mix
A different selection every time
We do not catalogue individual titles, so we cannot tell you what is in a particular box. Order several in the same period and some overlap is possible, because they are drawn from the same run.

What is inside a Value box
These are screened, and the stronger online resale titles are pulled out before packing. What is left is a broad, recognisable mix that works well when you are pricing by the armful rather than title by title. If you list individually online, our Select boxes keep those stronger titles in and are built for exactly that.
What we can tell you about titles in advance
Every box is a mixed selection and we cannot fill requests for particular titles, artists or genres. Genre boxes are planned for a few months out and will let you buy a single category on its own.
How your box ships
Ground service, as an ordinary parcel, with shipping already in the price. It usually reaches you within about five business days and needs no dock, no appointment and nothing signed for.
If cases arrive empty
If more than 10 percent of the cases in a box turn up without the item inside, tell us within 10 business days of delivery and we will make it right. Keep the box and its contents while we sort it out.
Our claims process, and the 10 day window
Everything is sold as is, so the mix of titles is not something we can take back. If the shipment itself is wrong, short, or damaged, we will put it right. Call us on 609-303-3480 or email info@bulkdiscs.com within 10 business days of delivery.
Hold on to the material while we sort it out. We will ask for photographs or video, and a scan report if the question is about shortages or resale value. Once it has gone we have no way to verify what arrived, which is the one thing that stops us helping.
Moving up to pallet quantities
The same material comes by the pallet, and by the truckload beyond that. Pallets ship by freight and need somewhere to unload, which is the thing to weigh up before you move. The table above sets the options side by side.
