Our Wholesale CD Pallet holds approximately 1,800 used CDs, spanning a wide range of genres from classic rock to hip hop to jazz and beyond. Every pallet is screened before it ships, so non-media items and heavily damaged discs are removed. Disc for disc, the material is comparable to what goes into our Value CD Boxes. The pallet simply gives you a great deal more of it at a lower cost per disc.
A pallet weighs approximately 750 lb and is delivered by LTL freight. Freight is quoted live against your delivery address at checkout and is charged separately from the pallet price.

Ordering more than one:
Most CD pallet orders are for several pallets at once. Freight is the largest cost in a single-pallet order and it rises far more slowly than the number of pallets does, so buyers who take four at a time pay considerably less per disc delivered.
For orders requiring lift gate service, we recommend limiting your order to 6 pallets or fewer. Orders larger than 6 pallets may require splitting into multiple shipments.

Most discs are in ordinary resale condition, with quality ranging from acceptable to new. Across a pallet, expect up to about 10% of items to have a missing disc, a broken case or similar damage. Some discs carry light to heavy scratching, as is typical with used discs, and album art is missing on a small percentage. We do not clean, resurface or repair discs, and we cannot guarantee against duplicate titles.
Delivery:
The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment, usually a day or two in advance. Please inspect the pallet before signing the delivery receipt and note any damage on the receipt before you sign. Carriers treat a clean signature as acceptance of the shipment in good condition, which makes a damage claim considerably harder to pursue afterward. Photograph any visible damage before the driver leaves.
Returns:
All sales are final and everything is sold as is. If something is genuinely wrong with what arrives, contact us within 10 business days of delivery on 609-303-3480 or at info@bulkdiscs.com and we will look at it properly.
Please keep the material until the matter is resolved. We will ask for photographs or video showing the problem, and a scan report where the issue relates to shortages or resale value. Once a pallet has been discarded there is no way for us to verify what arrived, and we will not be able to put it right. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

The majority of a pallet is in ordinary resale condition, the sort of stock you can put straight out on a table or list without a second thought.
Variance
Allow about 10 percent variance
Across a pallet, roughly 10 percent will be cases without a disc, cracked cases or heavier wear. That is normal at this volume.
The mix
A different mix every time
Pallets are made up as they come, so no two are alike and we cannot tell you in advance what is on a particular one or fill requests for specific titles, artists or genres. Stock ships in the condition it reached us.

We book your freight
Dispatch times are listed on this page. Larger orders take longer to assemble and route, so get in touch for current lead times before you plan around a date.

The carrier calls to schedule
They telephone you to agree a delivery window, usually a day or two ahead. Answer that call. If they cannot reach you, storage charges can start to build up.

You inspect and sign
Check the wrap and the corners before you sign anything. Whatever you write on the delivery receipt is what protects your claim later. Getting the pallet inside is yours to arrange once it is off the truck.

Freight is priced at checkout
Enter your address at checkout and the freight price appears with your order total. There is nothing to arrange and no quote to request; we book the carrier and they deliver to you. Lift gate service costs more, and you need it unless you have a dock and a forklift or pallet jack to take the pallet off the truck.
How to keep your freight cost down
Freight is the biggest line in a single-pallet order, and it barely moves as you add pallets to the same shipment. Take four at a time and you pay considerably less per pallet delivered. Keep lift gate orders to six pallets or fewer so the shipment stays together, and talk to us about anything larger.
What is on the pallet, and what we can tell you in advance
Pallets are made up as stock comes in, so every one is different. We do not catalogue individual titles, which means we cannot tell you what is on a particular pallet and cannot fill requests for specific titles, artists or genres.
Arranging your own collection
You are welcome to collect. Will-call pickup runs near Burlington, New Jersey and near Menifee, California by arrangement. Get in touch before you order so we can enable it on your account and agree a time.
If your shipment arrives damaged
Note the damage on the delivery receipt before you sign it, and call us on 609-303-3480 while the driver is still with you. A clean signature tells the carrier the shipment arrived in good order, and it makes a freight claim much harder to win afterwards. Photograph anything visible before the truck leaves.
Our claims process, and the 10 day window
