Condition:
Photos shown are representative only and do not reflect the exact titles you will receive. We open every case to confirm a disc is inside and that any defects are minor. Discs are not cleaned or resurfaced, so some will show scratches or shelf wear and will arrive in the condition they reached us. Duplicate titles may be included across multiple boxes ordered in the same period.
Returns:
All sales are final and everything is sold as is. If something is genuinely wrong with what arrives, contact us within 10 business days of delivery on 609-303-3480 or at info@bulkdiscs.com and we will look at it properly. If more than 10 percent of the cases in a box arrive without a disc, please tell us and we will make it right.
Please keep the box and its contents until the matter is resolved. We will ask for photographs or video showing the problem, and a scan report where the issue relates to shortages or resale value. Once the material has been discarded there is no way for us to verify what arrived, and we will not be able to put it right. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

Condition
We open every case to confirm a disc is inside and that any damage is minor. Discs arrive in the condition they reached us, so expect scratches and shelf wear on some of them.
Shipping
Ground carrier, included in the price. It arrives as a single parcel of about 35 lb, usually within five business days, and is delivered like any other package.
Buying four to seven boxes?
They ship ground at the same rate per box, so stepping up in quantity is straightforward. Most dealers grow this way for a while before moving to a pallet.

Select or Value, and which fits how you sell
The Value box is screened, with the stronger resale titles pulled out of it. The Select box is the one where those titles stay in. That makes Select the right box if you are listing individually online, and Value the right box if you are pricing by the armful at a stall or in a shop.
How we worked out the profit estimate
It is our own estimate for a box sold through Amazon FBA at current referral and fulfilment fees, before inbound shipping, and it assumes you hold the stock long enough to sell through. It is an estimate rather than a promise. What you actually make comes down to your fees, how you list and how long you are willing to wait.
What we can tell you about titles in advance
Not on this box. Genre boxes are planned for a few months out and will let you buy horror, action, romance or kids on their own.
How duplicates work across several boxes
You will not get duplicates inside a single box. Order several in the same period and some overlap is possible, because they are drawn from the same run.
How we check each disc
We open every case, confirm a disc is inside and check that any damage is minor. Every title is also checked against current online prices before it goes in the box, which is what separates this from the Value box. We do not play-test individual discs.
How long FBA takes to show you a return
Allow roughly a month. Amazon usually needs a week or so to receive and check in a shipment, and a further two to three weeks before titles start selling through at a normal rate. Plan your cash flow around that rather than around the delivery date.
Our claims process, and the 10 day window
Everything is sold as is, so the mix of titles is not something we can take back. If the shipment itself is wrong, short, or damaged, we will put it right, and that includes more than 10 percent of cases arriving without a disc. Hold on to the material while we sort it out. We will ask for photographs or video, and a scan report if the question is about shortages or resale value. Once it has gone we have no way to verify what arrived, which is the one thing that stops us helping.
