Condition:
Photos shown are representative only and do not reflect the exact titles you will receive. We open every case to confirm a disc is inside and that any defects are minor. Discs are not cleaned or resurfaced, so some will show scratches or shelf wear and will arrive in the condition they reached us. Duplicate titles may be included across multiple boxes ordered in the same period.
Returns:
All sales are final and everything is sold as is. If something is genuinely wrong with what arrives, contact us within 10 business days of delivery on 609-303-3480 or at info@bulkdiscs.com and we will look at it properly. If more than 10 percent of the cases in a box arrive without a disc, please tell us and we will make it right.
Please keep the box and its contents until the matter is resolved. We will ask for photographs or video showing the problem, and a scan report where the issue relates to shortages or resale value.
