Why We Offer This

Buying pallets can feel risky. That’s why we move the risk off you and onto us. Your first order is backed by our Guaranteed Profit Promise, designed to give you confidence that your pallet will pay off.

The Promise

• Every first-order pallet is guaranteed to have a conservative resale value of at least 1.5x your pallet price (freight excluded).

• If your verified scan shows less, we’ll refund the difference, up to 50% of your order value.

Extra Protection: Quality Floor

We also guarantee a maximum defect rate:

• Sorted pallets: 10% or less defective discs

• Unsorted pallets: 10% or less defective discs

If your pallet exceeds these thresholds, we’ll refund the overage, up to 50% of your order value.

How It Works

1. Record a time-stamped unboxing video (start to finish).

2. Randomly scan 200+ discs within 10 business days.

3. Send your scan report (CSV or app export), plus photos for quality claims, to info@bulkdiscs.com with subject line “CLAIMS.”

4. We’ll respond within 2 business days and issue your make-good credit.
