Every title is checked against current online prices before packing, 100 to a box, with no duplicates inside a box. Every box is a different selection and we cannot fill requests for particular titles. If you sell by the armful at a booth, the Value DVD Box is the one to order.
Every case opened, resurfacing if you want it
We open each case to confirm the right disc is inside and that any damage is minor, so you are not checking 100 cases yourself. Discs ship in the condition they reached us, so expect scratches and shelf wear on some of them. If you would rather skip cleaning altogether, add the scratch-checked and resurfaced option in the cart and any disc with scratches is machine resurfaced before packing.
A 10 business day claim window
Everything is sold as is. If the shipment arrives short, wrong or damaged, or more than 10 percent of the cases are empty, contact us within 10 business days of delivery and we will make it right. Keep the box and its contents while we sort it out.
